Chinese egg fried rice recipe & Nutritional information
It is a Chinese dish of steamed rice, which has been stir-fried in a wok.As a homemade dish, fried rice is typically made with leftover ingredients (including vegetables and chicken) from other dishes, leading to countless variations or more ingredients you can add to vegetables and other meat(lamb meat), being an economic mixture like it is done with fried noodles.Here you go with a quick recipe to cook this delicious dish in a short time.
- 2 Green Chopped Onions
- ½ kg Boiled Rice
- 1 or 2 Beaten eggs (You can add more eggs according to your choice)
- 3 to 4 Drops of Soya Sauce
- 3 to 4tb Spoon oil
- 2 to 3 chopped carrots
- ½kg Peas
- ½ kg Boiled chicken chest piece boneless in small pieces
- Chinese salt (Add according to your taste)
- Black pepper (Add according to your taste)
- Heat 1tb spoon oil in wok; add chopped onions and fry onions until they have a nice brown color (approx. 8-10 minutes), then remove from wok.
- Mix 3 eggs with 3 to 4tb spoon oil.
- Now add some oil in a wok and heat up.
- Add Mixture of eggs in heated oil and fry it from one side Flip it and chop it into small pieces.
- Now add chopped chicken pieces in a wok, add 3 table tablespoon oil and fry it for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add chopped carrots and peas in the wok with 3 spoon oil and fry for 3 minutes.
- After frying the carrots, add chicken with boiled rice and onion. After mixing these ingredients, add fried chopped egg, add 3 to 4 spoon of soya sauce and mix these ingredients.
- Add salt and black pepper according to your taste and mix the ingredients.
