Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of white flour
  2. 4 to 5 small boneless pieces of frozen fish
  3. 3 Tbs baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 cup of water
  6. 2 cups cooking oil

Directions for flour paste

  1. Take a bowl add 1 cup of white flour and 3 Tbs baking powder.
  2. Now add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Add water and make a normal thick paste.

Directions for Tempura fish

  1. Take medium size bowl and add cooking oil over Medium-high heat.
  2. Now after heating oil dip every piece of frozen fish
  3. Now add each piece of fish in oil one by one
  4. Fry them until their color become golden brown
  5. Your crispy tempura fish is ready to serve
