Steak Recipe with Steak Pepper Sauce and it’s Nutritional Facts

Steaks come in a variety of styles. Some people prefer them raw, some medium cooked and others like their steak to be well cooked. It is an easy to make, mouth watering recipe which doesn’t require much effort and takes about 30 to 40 minutes to cook. Steak Recipe with Steak Pepper Sauce and it’s nutritional information

Steaks are healthy and comparatively low fat. It is normally taken with a sauce, which could be anything one prefers. There are a lot of things people pair it with around the world. Mashed potatoes, pan fried fresh vegetables etc are few examples of the things we pair it with. Here we are going to show you how to make a delicious recipe in a minimum amount of time.



  1. 1 or 2 beef ( striploin or sirloin etc) or lamb large steak fillets.
  2. ½ tablespoon crushed black pepper
  3. sea salt
  4. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1-2 tablespoon full of butter
  6. 1 crushed clove of garlic
  7. Half tablespoon ground black pepper
  8. 3 to 4 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon ketchup
  10. ½ glass of water
  11. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions for steak

  1. Take good quality beef or lamb steak fillet, season it with a pinch of large black pepper grains, a pinch of sea salt and rub the steak properly
  2. Now season from the other side and give few tips and rub
  3. Take a pan over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoon olive oil and lay the steak on it ( away from you)
  4. Sear and turn the steak after 30 seconds
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, a crushed garlic clove, some thyme (to give it a fresh fragrance)
  6. Cook for 5 minutes on each side for a well-done steak. Turn the steak every minute to make sure it cooks evenly
  7. Tilt the pan and add butter on the steak repeatedly
  8. Cover the steak with foil paper and let it rest for 2 minutes to collect juices from it

Directions for sauce

  1. Use the same pan on medium heat, add ½ tablespoon of grounded black pepper and 3 to 4 spoons of Worcester sauce
  2. Now add half a glass of water, mix 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1 tablespoon of butter
  3. Mix and reduce the sauce by cooking it for 2 minutes
  4. Put the sauce through a sieve and add a pinch of salt
  5. Now take the steak and serve it with the sauce



Use the same pan for the sauce as you did for steak because it would have the leftover oil, garlic and thyme in it. Cut the steak according to your preference and serve it with vegetables along with the sauce
