  1. 1/2kg chopped boneless fried chicken
  2. chopped cabbage
  3. Green chili paste (according to your choice)
  4. Red pepper (according to your choice)
  5. Salt
  6. Yogurt
  7. Mayonnaise
  8. Chopped red onions
  9. Chopped cucumber
  10. Carrot pickle
  11. 3tb spoon oil
  12. Bread or homemade roti(Bread, naan)


  1. First, we have to chop boil chicken.
  2. Put this chicken in a wok with 3tb spoon oil.
  3. Cook this chopped chicken with red pepper and salt for 10 minutes.
  4. Take bread (roti, naan).
  5. Put chicken on this bread according to your need.
  6. Now put chopped cucumber and cabbage.
  7. After putting cucumber and cabbage add mayonnaise and green chili paste.
  8. Add chopped red onion on these ingredients.
  9. After this add carrot pickle (Optional).
  10. Final step rolls this bread around these ingredients.

For more taste you can serve this dish without rolling or put these ingredients in the bread you can serve this dish as an open shawarma dish where you put all the cooked ingredients on a plate and serve with bread(Roti, Naan) according to the person choice.
