Spicy Chicken Pasta and it’s nutritional Information

Here is a pasta recipe for the people who prefer spices in their food. It is easy to cook and cooks within 20-25 minutes approximately. 

Spicy Chicken Pasta and it’s nutritional Facts

This dish has ingredients which are loved and enjoyed all around the world, along with being filled with nutritious elements. Chicken is used in many traditional spicy chicken pasta recipes and pairs up pretty well with it. The taste these ingredients create when brought together is the taste people can’t resist. Here we are going to learn a pasta recipe, which is both delicious and healthy for you. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients for the Recipe

  1. Half bag of pasta
  2. 2 chopped tomatoes
  3. 3 chopped chillies
  4. Some fresh coriander
  5. Plain yoghurt ( add water to make it flow)
  6. 2 portions of chicken legs ( grilled with black pepper and salt)
  7. 2 tablespoon chicken tikka masala
  8. Black pepper ( according to taste)
  9. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  10. Salt ( according to taste)
  11. 1 tablespoon red pepper

Directions for the Recipe

  1. Take a bowl and pour yoghurt, salt, garlic powder, red pepper, chicken tikka masala in it and mix them together
  2. Put all the chicken in the bowl, give it a good mix and leave it to rest
  3. Take a pan, add the chopped chillies and tomatoes  in it and mix them well ( do it for at least 10 minutes)
  4. Add some water to the mixture while cooking it, so it turns into a smoothy-like paste
  5. Now add the chicken into the mixture and give it a good mix
  6. Add some water to the mixture, cover it and leave it for 20 minutes
  7. Take some boiled pasta and add it into the mixture
  8. Turn off the heat and sprinkle some fresh coriander on the top of it

 

Tips for the Recipe

Take the pasta with a some freshly grilled vegetables and some drink to enhance its flavour.
