Here you go with a quick recipe to cook this delicious sweet dessert in a short time.
- 1/2kg sooji or semolina
- 1/2 kg oil or ghee
- 7 to 8tb spoon sugar
- 7 to 8 pistachios-sliced or chopped (Pista)
- 5 to 8 chopped almonds
- Taka wok add cooking oil over medium-high heat
- Put Semolina or sooji in a wok with heated oil
- Mix semolina or sooji until the color of semolina or sooji become normal reddish brown
- After Mixing these ingredients put a half or 1 glass of water in semolina or sooji
- Mix them until the water is totally dry and mixture becomes thick.
- Now Put chopped pistachios and almonds on this thick mixture for serving.
For More taste, you can serve this dish with halwa puri and naan, kulcha chapati etc.
