- 2 boneless chicken breast pieces
- Salt (According to your taste)
- Red Pepper (According to your taste)
- Black Pepper
- 2 to 3 teaSpoon Lemon Juice
- Cooking oil 3 to 4tb spoon
- 2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger powder or paste
- Add chicken breast pieces in a bowl.
- Now add some salt and red pepper on chicken pieces.
- Add black pepper on chicken breast pieces.
- Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of lemon juice.
- Add 2tb spoon of oil and mix these ingredients with chicken.
- Now, wait for 10 to 15 minutes that ingredients will be resolved in chicken.
- Now heat the oven one 400 degrees F.
- After 10 minutes rub the chicken breast pieces with olive oil.
- Now place the chicken in Preheated oven and start cooking for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Flip the chicken until the pink color of chicken turn golden brown.
