Ingredients for 2 to 3 Persons

  1. 10 to 15 leafs of Mint
  2. 1 Teaspoon of carom seeds
  3. 2 Teaspoon Lemon juice
  4. Sugar ( According to your taste)
  5. 3 to 4 cup of water and cup should be Tea Cup

Directions for mint and carom seeds tea

  1. Take a pot and put 3 to 4 cups of water over medium heat and boil.
  2. when water starts normally boiling then add Mint leaves and Carom seeds.
  3. Now add sugar according to your taste.
  4. Boil for 10 minutes until water’s color is change.
  5. Now put out the pot from the heat and put this tea in cups.
  6. Now add some lemon juice in each cup according to your taste.

You can serve this tea after the meal.
