Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg minced beef
  2. 1 cup of pea beans
  3. salt ( According to your taste)
  4. Red pepper powder ( According to your taste)
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  8. 2 chopped green chilis
  9. 2 chopped medium size tomatoes
  10. 2 chopped red onions
  11. 1 cup of cooking oil
  12. Chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  1. Take a wok add a half cup of oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes and onions.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste with salt.
  4. Mix these ingredients well until they become paste.
  5. Now add chopped green chilies and red pepper powder and mix them well.
  6. Now add one cup of pea bean and a half cup of cooking oil and fry them well with the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. After this add minced beef with these ingredients and cook them well until all the ingredients are fry well with minced beef.
  8. Now add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix well with fried mince beef and pea.
  9. Now at last point add chopped coriander leaves.

You can serve this recipe with the different things like boiled white rice and bread, with this recipe you can also serve some soft drink for digestion or with “Mint and carom seed tea“.
