Fudgy Chocolate Brownies and it’s Nutritional Facts

When it comes to a dessert, everything which involves chocolate is what people seek for. People have a taste for chocolate like no other thing and try to use it in desserts, one way or the other. Today we are going to learn another sweet recipe which involves everybody’s favourite chocolate in form of brownies. It is an easy to make recipe which takes about 40-50 minutes to make approximately.

Fudgy Chocolate Brownies and it’s nutritional information

Chocolate fudge recipes are known are made all around the world. Though it is an American creation, but people all around the world like having it as a dessert. Fudgy chocolate cookies have an essence of both, fudge and cookies that gives you “the best of both worlds”. Both Eastern and Western countries have developed a taste for it. Today we will teach you to make this recipe which has two elements joined in one. Hope you have a fun time cooking and even more fun eating it!

 

Ingredients for the Recipe

  1. 3 medium sized egg
  2. 170 grams of dark chocolate
  3. 95 grams all purpose flour ( ½  cup and 2 tablespoon)
  4. 113 grams of unsalted butter ( ½ cup)
  5. 25 grams of cocoa powder (¼ cup)
  6. 300 grams of sugar ( 1 and ½ cup)

Directions for Recipe

  1. Take a bowl and add some good quality chocolate and butter in it
  2. Boil some water in a pan and add your bowl on to the boiling water
  3. Mix the chocolate and butter until they completely melt into each other
  4. Now keep adding sugar to it, mixing it gradually into the mixture
  5. Now add 3 eggs, one at a time to make sure every egg incorporates properly
  6. For some texture, add cocoa powder
  7. Pinch salt for some taste
  8. Keep cleaning the side and mixing everything together as you go along adding ingredients
  9. Take all purpose flour and fold that in to make the consistency perfect
  10. Now mix in chocolate chunks
  11. Get a brownie pan and place a grease free paper
  12. Rub some butter on the paper and place the mixture on it and evenly distribute it
  13. Now bake for 175 c ( or 350 F)  for 40 minutes
  14. Let the brownie cool down for half an hour and remove it from the tray and cut it as you please
