Ingredients

  1. 4 medium size potatoes
  2. 1 chopped red onion
  3. 3 chopped tomatoes
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 3 chopped green chilies
  6. Half cup of oil
  7. Salt (According to your taste)
  8. Red pepper ( According to your taste)
  9. Black pepper ( According to your taste)
  10. Chopped coriander leaves
  11. 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste

Directions for Potatoes

  1. Peel and Cut potatoes in small slices and wash them.
  2. Add oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and onions.
  4. Add chopped green chilies and ginger, garlic paste.
  5. Add salt and pepper and cook these ingredients for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Now Potatoes in this mixture and cook them well.

Directions for Eggs

  1. Take a small bowl add eggs.
  2. Mix them well for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now add this mixture in fried potatoes wok over Low-Medium heat and fry them well until eggs mixture cook well with fried eggs.
  4. Your Fried potatoes and egg recipe is ready.
