Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 3 chopped tomatoes
  3. 2 chopped medium size red onion
  4. 3 chopped green chilis
  5. Salt and red pepper (According to your taste)
  6. 1 to 2 cup of yogurt
  7. Chopped green coriander leaves
  8. Half Cup of cooking oil
  9. 1 teaspoon Garlic and Ginger Paste

Directions for eggs

  1. Take a wok and put 4 cups of water over medium heat.
  2. Add 4 eggs and boiled them for 10 to 15 minutes.

Directions for egg curry

  1. Take a wok and add oil over a medium heat.
  2. Now chopped tomatoes and red onions in heated oil.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon ginger, garlic paste and Chopped green chilis.
  4. Now cook these ingredients until they become paste.
  5. After this add yogurt according to your taste how much gravy you want to make.
  6. Now cook these ingredients and mix them well for 5 to 10 minutes and make thick how much you want.
  7. After this add 4 boiled eggs and chopped coriander leaves and your egg curry is ready.
