- 10 dates 5 for each glass.
- 2 cups of milk
- 2tb spoon sugar
- 2tb spoon cream
- 4 chopped almonds
- Remove hard pits from the dates and chopped the dates.
- Take a blender and put chopped dates in the blender.
- Add 2 cups of milk in the blender with sugar.
- Now add the 2tb spoon of cream and blend all of these ingredients well until the shake become smooth and all ingredients mix well.
- Now add this shake in 2 glasses and add chopped almonds for more flavor.
