Ingredients for fish

  1. 1 Kg boneless fish full dry in small cube pieces
  2. 1 kg/liter ghee or oil
  3. 4tb spoon of lemon juice
  4. 4tb spoon onion and ginger paste
  5. Red pepper (According to your taste)
  6. Salt (According to your taste)
  7. 1 cup rice flour and chickpea flour
  8.  1tb spoon Cumin Seeds (jeera)
  9. 2tb spoon ajwain

Directions for fish

  1. Take a bowl add fish with the paste of onion and garlic and lemon juice and mix them well.

Directions for paste and fish

  1. Now take a bowl add 1 cup rice and chickpea flour.
  2. Now add red pepper, Salt in flour according to your taste.
  3. Add 1tb spoon cumin seeds and 2tb spoon ajwain.
  4. Now add water and mix these ingredients well and make a paste, the paste should be medium thick.
  5. Add all the fish in the paste and mix them well.
  6. Putt oil/ghee in a wok on medium-high heat.
  7. Put fish pieces one by one in oil and fry them until their color become golden brown.

Ingredients for bun burgers

  1. 2 to 4 bun burgers
  2. Mayonnaise (According to  your taste)
  3. Green chili Paste (According to your taste)
  4. Olive oil
  5. Cheese (According to your taste)
  6. Tomato Ketchup

Directions for crispy fish fry burger

  1. Add 2 to 3tb spoon olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Put Burger both sides in a pan and fry the little from both sides.
  3. Now add some mayonnaise on bun burger.
  4. Put Fried fish piece on the burger and add cheese.
  5. Now Add chopped cabbage on cheese and add some ketchup on cabbage with red chili paste.
  6. Your Crispy Fish fry burger is read.
