Ingredients for chicken

  1. 1kg boneless chicken
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2tb spoon soya sauce
  4. 1tb spoon black pepper
  5. 1tb spoon paste of Onion and ginger
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 cup corn flour

Ingredients for gravy

  1. 2 chopped Shimla Chilies
  2. 1 chopped onion in cube shapes
  3. 2 chopped green onions
  4. 1 cup tomato ketchup
  5. 3tb spoon sugar
  6. 1tb spoon black pepper
  7. Paste of ginger 1tb spoon
  8. salt (According to your taste)
  9. red pepper 1/2tb spoon
  10. chili sauce 2tb spoon
  11. Chinese salt 1/2tb spoon
  12. vinegar 2tb spoon
  13. 2tb spoon soya sauce
  14. 3 cup water for gravy (for more gravy use according to your choice)
  15. Oil according to the gravy
  16. 1 cup cornstarch

Directions for chicken

  1. Mix all 2 to 7 listed ingredients with boneless chicken put the chicken for 10 minutes to marinate
  2. After 10 minutes put chicken pieces 1 by 1 and fry them on medium heat for golden brown color

Directions for Gravy

  1. Putt oil in a wok and heat up
  2. Add ginger paste in oil and cook until it become golden brown
  3. add 1 cup tomato ketchup and mix with ginger paste at low heat
  4. add red chili and black pepper
  5. add chili sauce
  6. add vinegar and soy sauce and mix them for 1 minute
  7. add sugar and Chinese salt and cook for 1 minute
  8. Now add water in mixture for gravy, add water how much gravy you want
  9. cook these ingredients for 5 to 7 minutes
  10. Now 1 cup cornstarch for gravy thickness and cook at high heat
  11. Add fried chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes in gravy
  12. Now Add green chopped onion and Shimla chili and cook 2 minutes
  13. And cook them until gravy become normal thick
