Ingredients for chicken preparation

  1. 1kg chicken Giniling
  2. chopped Onions
  3. 3 chopped green chili
  4. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  5. Red Chili powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Ginger and garlic paste 1tb spoon
  7. 1tb spoon mustard paste
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1 cup white flour
  11. 4 round burgers

Ingredients for Burger Sauce

  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1tb spoon of green chili
  3. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  4. 2tb spoon lemon juice
  5. 2tb spoon cream

Salad Ingredients

  1. Cabbage Leafs
  2. Cheese Slices
  3. Chopped Round Onions

Directions for Chicken Preparations

  1. Add chicken in a chopper and all ingredients use for chicken preparation and mix them in chopper
  2. Now Put out the all ingredients paste from chopper
  3. Now Make Patties of that paste equal to tennis ball size (First use some oil on your hands then start)
  4. Now Add oil in a pan or wok at medium heat
  5. Put these Patties in oil and fry them for 4 to 5 minutes for golden brown color

Directions for Burger Sauce

  1. Put All ingredients list above for burger sauce and mix them well your Sauce is ready

Directions For Burgers

  1. Put 1tb spoon oil in a pan
  2. And Put All burgers in the pan just for 3 to 5 seconds from both sides
  3. Now Put out all the burgers from  pan
  4. Now Use Burger Sauce on burgers
  5. Now Put some Cabbage leafs on burgers
  6. Now Put chicken Patties one for one burger
  7. Now Cheese slices of chicken patties
  8. Now Add chopped onions on cheese slices
